Wow!, this seems to be a great initiative. When we interview candidates, a major deterrent to their growth seems to be their low confidence which is usually associated with inability to express themselves fluently in English. And it tends to grow when they see their competition speaking English fluently. Thus we loose on so many bright candidates due to their low confidence.
